# How can I add a custom accommodation?

You can add a custom place to your itinerary if it is not in our search results, or if you already have an external booking link (e.g. Airbnb).

###### Add a custom accommodation
1. Tap on your destination in the app.
2. Select **Sleep**, then tap **Or add a link** below the search bar.
3. Paste the booking URL into the field.
4. Enter the requested details (dates, price, and so on) and save.

###### Add a custom activity or restaurant
The same option is available when adding **See & Do** and **Eat & Drink** places.
1. Tap on your destination in the app.
2. Select **See & Do** or **Eat & Drink**, then search for your place.
3. If search does not find it, choose the add manually option.
4. Enter the name, use the address search to set the location, and add any optional details, such as a website link.

|| There is no map pin-drop for custom places. The address always comes from the address search.

###### Need a different hotel for different nights at the same destination?
Stippl shows one accommodation per destination, covering all the nights you spend there. If you are switching hotels partway through your stay, the workaround is to add the same destination twice:

1. Add the destination once for the first date range (e.g. nights 1-3) and set your first accommodation.
2. Add the destination again for the second date range (e.g. nights 4-6) and set your second accommodation.

Each "leg" of your stay at that destination can then have its own hotel.
