# How do I cancel my Stippl Pro subscription?

How you cancel depends on where you originally subscribed. Not sure? In the Stippl app, tap the settings icon next to your username and open **Subscription** to see your current plan.

After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of your current billing period.

|| Quick route: in the Stippl app, go to Settings and open **Subscription**, then tap **Unsubscribe**. This takes you straight to the right subscription page for your account.

###### Subscribed on an iPhone (App Store)
1. On your iPhone, open **Settings** and tap your name.
2. Tap **Subscriptions**.
3. Select **Stippl** and tap **Cancel Subscription**.

###### Subscribed on Android (Google Play)
1. Open the **Google Play Store** and tap your profile icon.
2. Tap **Payments & subscriptions**, then **Subscriptions**.
3. Select **Stippl** and tap **Cancel subscription**.

###### Subscribed on our website
Email us at support@stippl.io and we will arrange the cancellation for you right away. Please include the email address on your Stippl account.

###### Why can't I find Stippl in my App Store or Play Store subscriptions?
That usually means the subscription was bought through a different channel, for example on our website or with another Apple or Google account. Check your purchase receipt to see where it was billed, or email us at support@stippl.io and we will look it up for you.
