# How do I reset my Stippl password?

If you've forgotten your Stippl password, you can reset it in a few steps, either in the app or in your browser.

###### Reset from the app
1. On the login screen, tap **Forgot password?**.
2. On the **Request new password** screen, enter the email address associated with your Stippl account and confirm. You'll see "New password requested".
3. Check your inbox for an email from **no-reply@stippl.io** with the subject **Stippl Password Reset**, and follow the instructions inside. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

###### Reset from your browser
1. Go to https://www.stippl.io/forgotpassword.
2. Enter the email address associated with your Stippl account.
3. Follow the same email instructions as above.

###### Link expired, or sent you back to the login screen?
Reset links only work for a limited time. If yours has expired, request a new one and open it soon after you receive it, using a browser rather than an email app's built-in preview.

###### Signed up with Google or Apple?
If you created your Stippl account with Google or Apple, there is no Stippl password to reset. Use the **Continue with Google** or **Continue with Apple** button on the login screen instead.
