# How do I stop following someone?

To manage who you're following:

1. Go to your **profile**.
2. Tap on your **'Following'** list.
3. Find the person you no longer want to follow.
4. Tap the **'Following'** button next to their name and confirm to unfollow.

This will remove them from your following list.
