# How to check your current data usage?

You can monitor your data usage both through the Stippl app and your iPhone’s native settings.

###### In the Stippl App:
1. Open the **Stippl app**
2. Go to **eSIMs**
3. Select the eSIM you want to check
4. A data usage bar showing remaining data will be displayed

###### On iOS:
1. Open **Settings**
2. Tap **Mobile Service**
3. Scroll down to **Current Period Roaming**
    * This shows how much data your eSIM has used while roaming

|| Tip: Reset your iPhone’s data counter at the start of your trip for accurate tracking. You can do this under Settings > Mobile Service > Reset Statistics.
