# How to delete a specific photo from a journal?

If you’d like to delete a specific photo from a journal, follow these steps:

1. Open the **journal** that contains the photo you want to remove.
2. Tap the **three-dot icon** in the bottom-right corner of the photo slider.
3. Select **“Edit journal.”**
4. Tap the **X icon** in the upper-right corner of the photo you want to delete.
5. Tap **“Publish.”** The journal will be updated and displayed without the deleted photo.
