# Why can’t I find my installed eSIM?

After a successful installation, the eSIM might not be obvious in your device settings.

###### Why it can be hard to find:
* iOS automatically labels a new eSIM as **Secondary** — you may not have renamed it during setup
* You've installed multiple eSIMs and can't tell them apart

###### How to identify it:
1. Go to **Settings** > **Cellular**
2. Look for a line labeled **Secondary** — this is your Stippl eSIM
3. To confirm the correct one, check the ICCID: **Settings** > **General** > **About** > scroll to **ICCID**

|| Tip: You can rename the eSIM in **Settings** > **Cellular** > tap the line > **Label** to give it a clearer name for next time.
