How do I reset my Stippl password?

If you've forgotten your Stippl password, you can reset it in a few steps, either in the app or in your browser.

Reset from the app

1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password?.
2. On the Request new password screen, enter the email address associated with your Stippl account and confirm. You'll see "New password requested".
3. Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@stippl.io with the subject Stippl Password Reset, and follow the instructions inside. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Reset from your browser

1. Go to https://www.stippl.io/forgotpassword.
2. Enter the email address associated with your Stippl account.
3. Follow the same email instructions as above.

Link expired, or sent you back to the login screen?

Reset links only work for a limited time. If yours has expired, request a new one and open it soon after you receive it, using a browser rather than an email app's built-in preview.

Signed up with Google or Apple?

If you created your Stippl account with Google or Apple, there is no Stippl password to reset. Use the Continue with Google or Continue with Apple button on the login screen instead.
