How do I unsubscribe from Stippl emails?

Stippl sends two kinds of email: notifications about your account and trips (for example trip reminders and journal updates) and our marketing newsletter with travel inspiration and offers.

Unsubscribe from marketing emails

On web:

1. Log in at stippl.io.
2. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
3. Select Email settings.
4. Under Marketing, turn off Product updates & new features.

On mobile:

1. Open the app and tap the settings icon next to your username.
2. Tap Emails.
3. Turn off Travel Services.

Manage notification emails

You can choose which notification emails you receive on both web and mobile. On web, go to Email settings via your profile. On mobile, tap the settings icon next to your username and then tap Emails.

Still receiving emails?

If you keep receiving emails after changing your settings, or you would rather not log in, email us at support@stippl.io. We will remove you from our mailing list right away.
