How to temporarily disable a Stippl eSIM?

If you aren’t using your eSIM currently but may need it later, you can disable it without deleting it.


To disable:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Mobile Service
  3. Tap your Stippl eSIM line
  4. Toggle Turn On This Line → OFF


Your eSIM profile remains on the device and can be reactivated at any time.


Disabling does NOT pause your plan’s validity period — the expiration clock keeps running.
