Why can’t I find my installed eSIM?

After a successful installation, the eSIM might not be obvious in your device settings.


Why it can be hard to find:
  • iOS automatically labels a new eSIM as Secondary — you may not have renamed it during setup
  • You've installed multiple eSIMs and can't tell them apart


How to identify it:
  1. Go to Settings > Cellular
  2. Look for a line labeled Secondary — this is your Stippl eSIM
  3. To confirm the correct one, check the ICCID: Settings > General > About > scroll to ICCID


Tip: You can rename the eSIM in Settings > Cellular > tap the line > Label to give it a clearer name for next time.
