Why is my Stippl eSIM connecting to the wrong network?

If your Stippl eSIM is connecting to a network that doesn't seem to be working well, you may need to manually select the correct network.

Why this happens:
  • Your iPhone automatically connects to the strongest available signal, which may not be the best-performing network for your eSIM plan
  • Some carriers in a country may not be supported by your Stippl eSIM

How to manually select a network:

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular
  2. Tap your Stippl eSIM (Secondary)
  3. Tap Network Selection
  4. Toggle Automatic OFF
  5. Wait for the list of available networks to load (this can take up to 30 seconds)
  6. Select a different network and wait for your phone to connect

Tips:
  • If one network doesn't work, go back and try another from the list
  • After selecting a network, toggle Airplane Mode ON then OFF to refresh the connection
  • To return to automatic selection, go back to Network Selection and toggle Automatic ON

Not sure which network to pick? Try each available option — supported networks will connect within a few seconds. Unsupported ones will show an error or fail to connect.

Still not connecting? Contact Stippl support with the email address linked to your Stippl account and we'll investigate.
